I was not impressed with Mr. Conway's hnssemaorhip, and frankly, I thought it a disgrace to the nation. I hope he was successful in keeping his land, I truly do, but I also hope he was successful in grooming his horse's legs and maybe avoiding road founder. I was disgusted with the stunt he pulled riding horses not broke for traffic into town (!) to save money. Either he was risking one helluva vet bill, his horse's lives, or those horses were more broke than he was letting on but regardless of their training status, a close look at the video shows horses with sores on their legs, muddy to the knees and hocks, with old rusty shoes being nailed on, and ridden at far too great a speed on hard roads. I hope Eustace kept his land, but I suspect his horses paid too high a price for the video.
